Wholesale PricingWholesale prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products direct to their customers through an established retail store or website. You can find the suggested retail prices on our web site www.ruggedbeard.co. Credit account available (subject to status).
All our quality products are created with love, and all-natural, wholesome ingredients. Our products are carefully hand-crafted by our team of facial hair obsessed folks. Due to our small batch production method, each product may vary slightly, colour variation and cracking may occur.
We have no minimum order requirement.
We do not normally supply product samples free of charge. However, we do not have a minimum order quantity. Sample requests can be emailed to email@example.com.
Once you have registered for a wholesale account you can place your order directly through our website www.ruggedbeard.co. You must be a registered user and logged in to view the wholesale pricing.
Changes to Orders
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hours to ensure it is updated in time.
Lead TimeTypically we ship orders within 1 business days and sometimes the same day. During a busy holiday season it may take up to 2 business days but this is unusual. If you have urgent orders please let us know and we will do our best to get your order out sooner. If you place a bulk order we will provide an ETA.
Out of Stock
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. Item you want not in stock? For your convenience, we offer a pre-order service on all items currently out of stock, as long as they're scheduled to be re-stocked at our warehouse at a future date. If an item is available for pre-order, this will be clearly marked on the item's page, along with the estimated date for arrival of the new shipment. If you'd like to place an order for this item, you'll be able to add it to your basket and proceed through checkout and payment as normal. The item will be dispatched as soon as possible once the new shipment arrives at our warehouse. You'll receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order and a second, dispatch confirmation e-mail as soon as the item is on its way to you. Please note that items which have been pre-ordered are only reserved for you once full payment has been successfully received.
ShippingWe strive to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our products are carefully hand-crafted in small batches by our team of facial hair obsessed folks. However, if we are creating a new batch, dispatch may be delayed ever so slightly. (We will keep you updated). For orders made after 3pm Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday we’ll dispatch your order on the following Monday or next working day. Our usual delivery method is Parcelforce. International deliveries will normally be sent via DHL. We charge shipping at cost price. Shipping to destinations outside of the UK normally takes 5-9 days to arrive due to customs. We recommend holding a small amount of stock to provide faster delivery services to the end customer.
Shipping Errors/Damaged GoodsPlease inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 working days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. We may ask for photos. Once the return has been approved replacements will be issued. Damaged or defective items will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. The Rugged Beard Company accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all items returned in sellable condition.
ReturnsWholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective items as noted above.
If you're ordering online, you can pay by credit or debit card (we accept all major U.K. cards) or by PayPal. If you prefer to order over the 'phone, you'll need to pay by credit or debit card only. We accept bank transfer or cheque for larger orders.
